Job summary

Bristol County Savings Bank in Taunton, MA seeks a Director Enterprise Project Management to lead the IT project portfolio and PMO governance. You will partner with EVP/CIO and business leaders to ensure strategic alignment, risk management, and on-time delivery of bank-wide initiatives.

The role requires 15+ years as a company-wide project manager in financial services, a PMP or similar certification, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 15+ years as a company-wide PM in financial services.
• PM certification required.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance and PMO framework for bank projects.
• Oversee all stages of approved projects and manage resources.
• Coordinate with EVP/CIO and stakeholders for priorities and delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and risk logs.
• Present status to management and the Board.
