Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring a Senior Manager, Enterprise Learning Solutions to lead a team of Instructional Designers and partner with business leaders to deliver scalable learning across formats. You will drive performance outcomes and align programs with organizational priorities while staying current on learning technologies and AI.

The role requires traveling up to 25% and building strong stakeholder relationships to implement innovative solutions that improve performance and knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in Learning & Development or related field.
• 7+ years of Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or related experience.
• 3+ years leading and developing professional teams.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide learning initiatives preferred.
• Experience in collision repair, automotive, retail, or multi-location operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Instructional Designers with ongoing feedback and career development.
• Build team capabilities and promote employee engagement and growth.
• Oversee design and delivery of enterprise learning solutions across formats and technologies.
• Partner with Operations and SMEs to identify performance gaps and develop aligned learning.
• Ensure content meets standards for quality, consistency, and scalability.
• Manage multiple learning initiatives with timelines and resources.
• Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Use data to evaluate program effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to measure outcomes and business impact.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning programs and delivery methods.
• Stay current on AI and emerging learning technologies.
• Drive adoption of innovative learning technologies across the enterprise.
