Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development with large-scale project management.
• Experience with executive-level presentations to C-suite.
• Strong knowledge of eLearning, blended learning, and virtual instructor-led delivery.
• Proficiency with learning management systems and AI-enabled content tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of enterprise-wide learning programs.
• Manage large-scale projects with cross-functional stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Develop executive communications and presentations for senior leaders.
• Collaborate with business leaders, SMEs, and sponsors to align learning with goals.
• Oversee vendors, platforms, and AI-enabled tools for content creation.
