The role emphasizes governance, multi-year roadmaps, cost discipline, and collaboration with risk, product, and finance leaders to align technology decisions with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 16+ years of tech experience with leadership in infrastructure/engineering.
• Experience leading enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and platform operations.
• Executive-level knowledge of infrastructure operations and modernization.
• Strong capability in governance, reliability, and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and roadmaps for enterprise infrastructure and engineering.
• Provide executive leadership across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Establish SLOs, SLAs, and observability for critical services.
• Design and deliver secure, scalable enterprise infrastructure and platforms.
• Drive modernization through cloud, IaC, CI/CD, and automation.
• Oversee disaster recovery, continuity, and testing.
