Job summary

Delta Dental of California seeks a Vice President, Infrastructure & Engineering to lead strategy, design, delivery, and operation of enterprise infrastructure and technology services. You will drive multi-year roadmaps, operating standards, and investment decisions that improve reliability, security, automation, and developer experience across networks, cloud, and platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 15+ years technology experience with 10+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record leading enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and platform operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise infrastructure strategy, roadmaps, standards, and investment priorities.
• Provide executive leadership across infrastructure disciplines and ensure end-to-end system thinking.
• Establish SLOs/SLAs, observability, incident management, and resilient operations.
