Job summary

Medaptus is hiring an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end deployments of its EHR-integrated revenue cycle and patient assignment solutions for physician groups, hospitals, and health systems.

You will own the client relationship from kickoff through go-live, coordinating with hospital IT teams and clinical staff, validating data feeds, training end users, and ensuring successful deployments within a typical 90-day cycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT implementation or related client-facing technical role.
• Strong project management skills; able to independently manage multiple concurrent implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder communication; comfortable leading meetings with hospital IT and clinical staff.
• Analytical, detail-oriented troubleshooting; document findings for engineering/support teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client implementations from kickoff to go-live on ~90 days.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate integration work with client IT teams and data feeds.
• Run workflow assessment sessions to map processes and design future-state config.
• Provide end-user training and go-live support; support post go-live.
