Job summary

Planhat is seeking a commercial leader to run their Enterprise Customer Deployment Strategy team across the Americas, focusing on adoption, retention, and expansion for large clients. This role emphasizes building strategic plans and a high-performing team while diving into details to ensure effective execution.

The successful candidate will have over 5 years in a leadership role, manage enterprise customers, and drive key metrics. The position offers competitive compensation with an OTE salary ranging from $130,000 to $180,000 per year, along with performance bonuses and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role in Customer Management, Sales or Customer Success within enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience managing enterprise customers and driving net revenue retention (NRR).
• Experience fully owning renewals, upsells, and cross-sells with no sales involvement.
