Kestra Medical Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager to own and govern the enterprise data platform, lead the transition to Microsoft Fabric, and establish standards for data usage across the company. You will supervise outsourced teams, define data architecture, and drive MDM initiatives to enable AI-enabled analytics across Kestra’s healthcare platform.

The role emphasizes governance over report development, with focus on secure, compliant data handling and enabling self‑service analytics

Qualificações

• BS or BA required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field; MS or MBA preferred
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in data engineering, data architecture, or BI
• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading enterprise data platform or data governance programs
• Hands-on architecture with modern data platforms (Fabric/Azure/Databricks)
• Experience designing semantic models and governing self‑service BI environments, preferably Power BI
• Experience with data protection controls for regulated data (PHI/PII)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present to senior leaders

Responsabilidades

• Own the design, implementation, and operation of the enterprise data platform and transition to Microsoft Fabric
• Define and maintain enterprise data architecture including Lakehouse, semantic models, and data ingestion patterns
• Manage platform capacity, performance, reliability, and cost; recommend licensing and capacity changes
• Maintain analytics continuity as source systems evolve and retire legacy reports
• Prepare the data platform for AI and automation use cases including Copilot experiences
• Operationalize the Master Data Management program and establish stewardship roles
• Govern all users creating reports/dashboards with standards, access controls, and change management
• Mentor data analysts and ensure governed data products support embedded insights within business workflows
• Establish intake and decision rights between enterprise standards and functional analysis
