Job summary

UST seeks a Principal Information Architect to lead the enterprise analytics data estate for HR and Corporate Real Estate. You will own architecture from source systems to certified data products in Microsoft Fabric, driving governance, security, and scale across the platform.

You will guide data modeling, cataloging, and master data as a hands‑on leader while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver data products that unlock insights for business users.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of data engineering, data architecture, or data platform engineering experience at enterprise scale.
• End‑to‑end information architecture ownership for an enterprise analytics domain.
• Experience with master data management and reference data.
• Knowledge of integration contracts with source systems, including CDC patterns and change management.

Responsibilities

• Set multi‑year information architecture direction for HR and CRE analytics.
• Define integration contracts with source‑system owners; govern data models and master data.
• Lead design reviews and contribute to complex builds across the platform.
• Ensure security, GDPR compliance, governance, and access controls by design.
