Job summary

Stryker seeks a Senior Lead Analyst, Enterprise Data Governance, to own the enterprise data quality framework and drive CDE governance. You will craft measures, scorecards, and remediation plans, partnering with executives to minimize data risk and maximize business value.

You will guide policy, methodology, and thresholds across domains, presenting insights to senior leaders and ensuring data quality momentum across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data management, business, or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years in data quality, data management, or analytics with enterprise scope.
• Experience building data quality frameworks, rules, scorecards, and remediation processes.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to analyze large data sets.
• Experience presenting quality performance to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution and management of the enterprise data quality framework across data domains.
• Lead the CDE approach, establish quality measures and thresholds, and develop executive scorecards.
• Drive remediation of data quality issues to their source with root-cause analysis.
• Translate quality performance into business outcomes and value terms.
• Oversee governance project management and stakeholder alignment.
