Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering, analytics, or related tech disciplines.
• 5+ years of senior leadership managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Expertise in enterprise data architecture and lakehouse platforms.
• Experience with Databricks, Azure, SQL, Python, PySpark.
• Knowledge of ML/MLOps, AI governance.
• Proven track record from prototype to production with measurable business impact.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, security, compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading distributed teams across regions.
• Excellent executive communication and strategic thinking.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.

• Own Databricks and Azure lakehouse architecture and security.
