Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering, analytics, data science, or related technology disciplines.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing multidisciplinary data teams.
• Strong expertise in enterprise data architecture, lakehouse platforms, data integration, and data warehousing.
• Deep experience with Databricks, Azure, SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• Knowledge of ML, MLOps, generative AI, feature stores, and AI governance.
• Proven track record taking analytics/AI initiatives from prototype to production with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data and analytics strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities with executive leadership.
• Oversee data architecture, engineering, governance, analytics, data science, and platform operations.
• Own Databricks and Azure lakehouse architecture, security, and performance.
• Set enterprise standards for data integration, quality, governance, and metadata.
• Direct ML engineering and MLOps to move models and data products to production.
• Enable analytics and AI via trusted data products and governed services.
• Lead build/buy decisions, vendor management, and platform optimization.
• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into measurable business value.
• Manage budgets, resources, and executive reporting across the data organization.
• Lead a global, high-performing team across regions and time zones.
