Qualifications
15+ years of experience in corporate/internal communications or related field.
Experience leading enterprise content strategy and multi-channel communications in a complex organization.

Responsibilities
Own enterprise-wide content strategy and multi-channel approach across internal channels (intranet, events, memos, digital signage).
Lead Content & Channels team (>5 people) and manage a cohesive, prioritized content plan.
Set editorial standards, governance, and test new ideas to improve content quality and impact.
Evaluate channel performance using data and employee feedback to sharpen audience targeting.
