The Director of Business Intelligence will architect, launch, and lead this function, partnering with executives to deliver actionable insights that drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence. The role focuses on AI-enabled analytics, Copilot adoption, governance, and enterprise reporting across the Americas.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressively responsible experience in corporate finance, FP&A, analytics, or related fields.
Strong consulting and client-service orientation with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a centralized Enterprise BI and Strategic Finance function across MEUS and Americas.
Define vision, operating model, governance, and performance standards for scalable delivery.
Develop and lead a high-performing BI/analytics team with focus on innovation and service excellence.
Partner with executive leadership to set analytical priorities and resource allocation.
Drive data-driven decision-making with standards and governance across business units.
Act as executive sponsor for analytics initiatives and KPI reporting.
Oversee enterprise performance reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and forecasting tools.
Spearhead AI-enabled solutions (Copilot, automation, predictive analytics) and data quality initiatives.
Lead forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic finance activities for resource allocation.
Provide forward-looking insights on market conditions and investment opportunities.
