MISUMI Americas seeks a Director of Enterprise AI to own the AI strategy and adoption across the organization. You will lead a small team, establish governance standards, and partner with architecture and product to move AI initiatives from prototype to production.

The role requires driving AI opportunities across functions, coaching champions, and communicating progress and ROI to executives. You will shape vendor and platform strategy and frontline enablement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading enterprise AI initiatives at scale.
• Experience shaping AI strategy and adoption across multiple functions.
• Ability to build and coach an AI champion network and enablement programs.

Responsibilities

• Own MISUMI Americas’ enterprise AI portfolio and governance.
• Define discovery, evaluation, and prioritization of AI use cases across the enterprise.
• Lead and develop a small AI coaching team to accelerate adoption.
• Partner with architecture and product to set governance standards for prototypes to production.
• Communicate AI strategy and impact to executive leadership.]
• Measure impact of AI initiatives by business outcomes and ROI.
