Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to design and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau and Excel, perform advanced data analysis, identify trends, and derive insights to support the business and assist with lead generation activities.

Under the supervision of the Business Intelligence Manager, you will collaborate with Sales, Finance and stakeholders, leverage data from multiple sources, and build forecasts with AI/ML to drive strategic planning that

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics or equivalent experience.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
3 years of experience with data manipulation.
Experience with AI analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, Analytics Studio, or similar platforms.
Utilize internal and external data sources to identify and validate potential leads and provide high-quality prospect data to support BD efforts.
Partner with Sales, Finance, and stakeholders to support sales incentive calculations and performance measurement.
Develop AI and ML driven forecasting models to support strategic planning and performance improvement.
Analyze prospecting activities, campaign performance, and funnel metrics to identify opportunities for pipeline growth.
