Job summary
Ashurst Perkins Coie seeks a Senior Manager for Enterprise Applications and Systems to lead operations, governance, and transformation of the firm’s application ecosystem. You will drive AI-enabled modernization, ensure secure, reliable hosting, and build a high-performing team aligned with ITIL, Agile, and Scrum practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience with enterprise applications.
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum in technical operations or delivery teams.
- Strong leadership, communication and vendor management skills.
- Experience with hybrid or cloud environments (Azure preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations for a complex portfolio of enterprise applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management per ITIL and firm standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery, support, and technical documentation.
- Provide hands-on guidance to engineers, administrators, and analysts.
- Partner with HR and leadership to attract and retain top tech talent.
