Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications and Systems to lead the operational management, technical direction, and continuous improvement of the firm’s enterprise application ecosystem across practices, services, and risk/compliance.

This role drives AI-enabled modernization, ensures secure, stable hosting, and champions Agile/Scrum delivery while reorganizing teams for high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years IT experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise applications and technical team management.
• Azure Fundamentals, ITIL Foundations, and Agile Scrum Master training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for a complex portfolio of firm applications and services, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management for application services per ITIL standards.
• Establish and track operational KPIs such as uptime and service quality; drive continuous improvement in delivery and documentation.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to application engineers, admins, and analysts.
• Lead adoption and governance of no-code/low-code platforms for modern delivery.
