Performance Contracting Group is seeking a strategic Manager of Software Architecture to lead enterprise technology across the organization. You will set architectural standards, partner with business leaders, and drive scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value.

The role blends 50% business strategy and process innovation with 30% architecture leadership and 20% governance, with emphasis on AI, automation, cloud platforms, and modern integrations. This role is not visa sponsored.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in software development, enterprise architecture, or technology leadership.
• 5+ years leading architects or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience across complex environments with multiple enterprise platforms & integrations.
• Strong cloud technologies, enterprise applications, integrations, data architecture & software engineering practices.
• Ability to influence decisions across boundaries.
• Excellent communication, presentation & relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain PCG's enterprise software architecture strategy & roadmap.
• Establish architectural standards, patterns & governance for consistency.
• Lead architectural reviews & facilitate technology decision-making across departments.
• Ensure investments align with goals, scalability, security & operations.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify tech-enabled improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes across the organization.
• Collaborate with Innovation Team to evaluate AI & automation opportunities.
• Guide adoption of AI-powered tools, low-code platforms & modern dev practices.
