Job summary

Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications and Systems to lead operational management and strategic modernization of the firm’s application ecosystem. You will drive transformation using AI, ensure security and reliability, and champion modern delivery practices across practices, business services, and risk teams.

You will oversee a team of engineers and analysts, align with ITIL processes, and partner with HR and leadership to build a high‑performing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or IS or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years managing enterprise applications.
• Experience with legal or professional services apps such as iManage, Intapp, Elite 3E, Litera, or similar.
• Strong Agile/Scrum, ITIL, and cloud/hybrid environment expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for a complex portfolio of enterprise apps and services.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management per ITIL standards.
• Set and track operational KPIs for uptime, performance and service quality.
• Lead adoption of no‑code/low‑code platforms and AI integrations.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing technical team with agile practices.
• Collaborate with security, risk and compliance on controls and DR plans.
