Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms seeks an ERP Support Lead to oversee external vendor and MSP teams responsible for ERP platforms and enterprise applications. You will translate business needs into vendor work objectives and ensure reliable operations, issue resolution, and timely enhancements.

Lead day-to-day delivery, manage escalations, and coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to maintain a stable, scalable application environment. Strong vendor governance and ERP domain knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

Eight+ years in ERP support or related IT operations.
Three+ years coordinating external vendor teams or MSPs.
Experience with IT service management or ticketing platforms (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
Experience supporting ERP systems and enterprise applications.
Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments preferred.
Experience with ERP modernization or large-scale transformations preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee ERP and enterprise application support delivered by external vendors and MSPs.
Serve as the primary escalation point for assigned application areas and coordinate with stakeholders to drive issue resolution.
Monitor vendor performance, backlog, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Develop dashboards, reports, and reviews showing vendor health and improvement opportunities to IT leadership.
Coordinate with business functions to align support with priorities and operational needs.
