Qualifications

• +15 years of progressive experience in application development and engineering leadership in financial services.
• 8-10+ years of managerial experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience architecting enterprise-grade platforms and enforcing technical standards.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and modern CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams of professionals and manage performance, hiring, and discipline.
• Define vision and structure for teams to maximize impact and efficiency.
• Present regular reviews to senior management.
• Drive system architecture design and development across platforms.
• Ensure compliance with Citi policies and regulatory filings.
