• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to integrate functions and define system enhancements.
• Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of business and system processes.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design aligns with architecture blueprint.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging and implementation.
• Gain deep knowledge of how business areas integrate to achieve goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop solutions.
• Mentor mid-level developers and analysts, guiding workload as needed.
• Assess risk and drive compliance with laws, policies and ethical standards.
