Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking a collaborative Project Manager to join the Projects and Programs team. You will lead complex initiatives across technology, HR, finance, and practice management, translating roadmaps into measurable results and delivering value to the firm.

You will manage budgets, stakeholders, and vendor relationships while driving change and ensuring on-time, within-scope delivery of strategic programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of Project Management experience.
• Experience with PMO environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with PMBOK and modern project management practices.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Scrum, Agile methodologies.
• Proven vendor management, budgeting, and resource planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex technical and strategic projects across firm departments and practice groups.
• Define scope, baselines, schedules, and budgets; establish charters and plans.
• Develop change management and communications plans; provide clear status updates to sponsors and leadership.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies; drive issues to resolution.
• Coordinate contracts and vendor performance with procurement and business owners.
• Develop project estimates and report financials against approved budgets.
• Coordinate interconnected projects and manage dependencies across business areas.
• Provide decisive leadership and accountability for project outcomes.
