Job summary
Dentons Bingham Greenebaum seeks an Enterprise Applications Manager to lead strategy and lifecycle for the firm’s enterprise app portfolio. You will partner with attorneys, practice groups, and IT leadership to modernize platforms and deliver scalable, secure solutions in a hybrid cloud environment.
You will guide adoption, governance, and responsible AI initiatives while coordinating with Security, Information Governance, and Risk teams to protect confidentiality and ensure reliable operations.
Qualifications
- Eight or more years of progressive experience supporting enterprise applications in regulated environments.
- Experience leading, supervising, mentoring, or developing technical professionals.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and cloud-based collaboration tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise applications strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee operation, support, and lifecycle of core platforms (M365, Exchange Online, SharePoint).
- Supervise the Enterprise Applications and Endpoint teams and foster accountability.
- Coordinate with vendors and regional/global support for escalations and projects.
- Drive process automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and governance across platforms.
