Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a collaborative Project Manager to join our Projects and Programs team. You will drive enterprise projects across technology, HR, marketing, finance, and practice management, applying strong PM skills to turn ideas into measurable impact.

The role requires at least five years of project management experience and familiarity with PMBOK and modern PM practices. You will interact with senior leadership, manage budgets, and lead change and risk management

Qualifications

• Requires minimum of five years of Project Management experience.
• Experience in PMO environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with PMBOK, SDLC, Scrum, and Agile practices.
• Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex technical and strategic projects across firm departments and practice groups.
• Translate roadmaps into measurable results with strong stakeholder management, planning, scope and schedule control.
• Develop charters, plans, schedules, resource strategies, and team expectations using PM methodology.
• Define and control scope, establish baselines, manage schedules, and negotiate changes.
