Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Sr. Director of Analytics & Data to lead a high-impact analytics function spanning Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Marketing. This role owns data strategy, governance, and infrastructure, translating complex data into strategic business insights.

You will apply AI/ML to logistics and business problems and influence senior stakeholders across the enterprise. The role requires strong leadership, data governance, and the ability to drive enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science)
• MBA or advanced degree a plus
• 10+ years of progressive analytics/data leadership experience
• 5+ years of managing teams
• Strong SQL and modern BI/analytics tools experience
• Experience deploying AI/ML models into production

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise analytics roadmap, aligning data and AI investments with growth and customer experience priorities.
• Build, mentor, and scale a team of analysts, data scientists, and analytics engineers.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, translating data into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Establish governance, data quality standards, and KPIs across departments.
• Lead analytics for fleet management, route optimization, and inventory planning.
• Partner with FP&A and Marketing to deliver revenue and margin analytics.
