Job summary

Storm2 in NYC hybrid is seeking a Head of Engineering to define the technology vision, scale a world-class engineering organisation, and build next-generation products powering continued growth for a high-growth fintech unicorn.

You will partner with the executive team to drive innovation, accelerate delivery, and keep the business at the forefront of technology and AI adoption, while shaping strategy and engineering culture at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering, Platform, DevOps, Security and Data functions
• Manage a high-performing team of ~35 engineers and scale the organisation
• Set technology strategy, architecture and engineering excellence across the business
• Drive AI initiatives that enhance internal operations and customer-facing products
• Oversee hiring, leadership development, and engineering culture
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Product, Data, Operations and Executive Leadership
