Storm2 is partnering with a fast-growing Series A fintech to build next-generation financial infrastructure at the intersection of AI, compute, and capital markets. We are seeking a technical lead to own the core product experience and provide technical direction for mission-critical, borrower-facing platforms.

You will lead full-stack development, shape system architecture, scale high-performance web applications, integrate complex backend systems and data pipelines, and mentor a high-caliber

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience
• Lead full stack engineer and manager
• Strong front-end and back-end engineering capability (modern JS frameworks + backend systems)
• Exposure to fintech, distributed systems, or crypto/DeFi is highly beneficial
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
• Strong product mindset — able to translate business problems into technical solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development and system architecture for core products
• Build and scale high-performance, secure web applications
• Integrate complex backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines
• Partner closely with founders on product strategy and roadmap prioritisation
• Drive engineering best practice across performance, scalability, and reliability
• Mentor engineers and help shape a high-calibre technical team
