Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Project Head, Energy & Endo-mechanical Platforms, to lead a complex NPD program from concept to market, collaborating with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, and Finance teams. The role requires deep experience in medical device development and regulatory navigation, with a focus on delivering high-impact surgical technologies.

The position is based in Cincinnati, OH with a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site) and up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or scientific discipline required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of new product development experience.
• Minimum 3 years working in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for end-to-end execution of the NPD program (scope, schedule, cost).
• Communicate program status, planning, tracking, and risk management.
• Lead cross-functional program execution with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Finance, and Marketing.
• Establish disciplined operating rhythms and milestone planning.
• Manage triple constraint and escalation of risks.
• Develop scenarios and communicate implications for decisions.
• Foster inclusive, high-performing team culture with shared accountability.
