Aveni is seeking a Head of Enablement to create and lead the education function for Aveni Assist and Aveni Detect. You will design scalable programs, set standards, and shape the team and tooling to educate thousands of professionals on our AI-powered solutions.

You’ll own the enablement strategy for enterprise clients, launch an Aveni Certification program with LMS courses, quizzes, and digital badges, and build onboarding, refresher, and feature-launch training reaching a wide audience with

Qualifications

• Experience building an enablement, training, or customer education function and establishing its operational model.
• Hands-on experience delivering training both in person and online.
• Experience designing programmes or certifications in an LMS for thousands of end users.

Responsabilités

• Own enablement strategy for Assist and Detect, defining great outcomes for each user type and customer segment.
• Design and launch LMS-based certification programmes with courses, quizzes, and badges.
• Build scalable onboarding, new-joiner, refresher, and feature-launch training for thousands of users with minimal manual effort.
