Aveni is seeking a Head of Enablement to design and lead the enablement function for Aveni Assist and Aveni Detect. You will build scalable programs and a certification framework to educate thousands of users across client organizations.

This is a fully remote, impact-driven leadership role focused on process, tooling, and a high-performing team. You’ll partner with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Sales to drive adoption and outcomes.

Formación

• Proven experience building enablement/training functions and operational models.
• Hands-on delivery of training in person and online.
• Experience designing LMS certifications for thousands of end users.
• Experience enabling enterprise clients at scale.
• Ability to craft customer adoption journeys and onboarding programs.

Responsabilidades

• Own enablement for Assist and Detect, defining success for each user type.
• Design and launch LMS-based certifications and courses.
• Build scalable onboarding, refresher, and feature-launch training for thousands.
• Lead blended delivery, both in-person and virtual sessions.
• Set operating rhythms, processes, and quality standards for the team.
• Track engagement, completion, and adoption to improve outcomes.
• Hire, coach, and grow a high-performing enablement team.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Sales.
