Aveni is seeking an Enablement / Training Manager to plan and deliver training that turns new users of Aveni Assist and Aveni Detect into confident power users. You will run onboarding, manage schedules, and scale training across thousands of adviser users, shaping adoption across client firms.

You'll create and maintain content, coordinate with Success and Product teams, and drive metrics that demonstrate impact. This remote role offers flexible work arrangements and a strong learning budget.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of training users on software platforms and actively nurturing them into long-term habits.
• Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing complex schedules across multiple cohorts.
• Confident, engaging communicator in digital and face-to-face environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and refresher trainings for advisers and staff.
• Coordinate training schedules and invitations for large cohorts.
• Track attendance and adoption metrics and report insights to success/product teams.
• Maintain and update training content and certifications.
