Job summary

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a strategic and hands-on Employee Experience & HR Programs Manager for a direct-hire opportunity in Dallas, TX. This onsite leadership role designs and implements enterprise-wide employee experience, engagement, inclusion and belonging, recognition, and culture programs aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will own programs from strategy through execution, build cross-functional partnerships, influence senior leadership, and deliver

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in HR, Employee Experience or related fields.
• Five+ years leading employee engagement, inclusion and belonging or culture initiatives.
• Strong project management with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide employee experience and engagement programs.
• Lead onboarding, recognition, development, wellbeing, and retention initiatives.
• Develop and continuously improve rewards and recognition programs reinforcing culture and performance.
• Own HR and employee experience programs from concept through execution, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Establish KPIs and analyze program effectiveness using feedback and data.
• Support office openings, relocations, and organizational transitions for seamless experience.
• Lead Inclusion & Belonging Council and initiatives; build partnerships with HR, Marketing, IT, and leadership.
