Farnsworth Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineering Lead & Subject Matter Expert to guide our Electrical Engineering Team. This pivotal role will drive growth through leadership, training, and scaling initiatives across the organization.

The candidate will oversee complex advanced manufacturing projects, interface with clients, and ensure quality execution while building a dedicated electrical team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in large and small teams.
• 15+ years of electrical engineering experience; licensed engineer.
• Proven ability to develop staff and mentor teams.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with impact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and build the Electrical Team in Phoenix and other locations as needed.
• Develop and implement best practices, training programs, and scaling strategies for growth of Electrical Services.
• Provide senior leadership oversight for the growing multi-discipline Phoenix office.
• Foster Farnsworth Group culture, integrating disciplines across projects.
• Collaborate with leadership to align team goals with company objectives.
• Ensure successful and quality execution of complex advanced manufacturing projects.
• Interface with clients, plan resources, provide project oversight.
