The American Arbitration Association (AAA) seeks a strategic and experienced Director of Elections to oversee regional election administration. This role reports to the Assistant Vice President, Elections and drives key business goals while ensuring compliance with AAA policy and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, developing contracts, and analyzing performance data to grow AAA's elections services portfolio.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, political science, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in a client-centric legal or corporate environment, election administration, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple, detail-intensive projects or cases.
• Knowledge of U.S. Department of Labor regulations and election operations.
