The American Arbitration Association (AAA) seeks a Director of ADR Services to lead business development and outreach in the Seattle region. This hybrid role focuses on building relationships with clients, advocates, and industry partners, promoting AAA ADR services, and guiding complex arbitration and mediation cases.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related work experience in a business development role, preferably in legal services.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow AAA ADR services in the region.
• Develop and deliver presentations to clients and partners.
• Manage case assignments and coordinate with arbitrators and mediators as needed.
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations to the VP.
