Job summary

The American Arbitration Association (AAA) seeks a strategic and experienced Director of Elections to oversee all regional operations related to election administration. This hybrid role requires 50% on-site work from our Downtown Manhattan offices, with travel 15–25% for regional duties.

You will supervise elections, manage staff and temporary workers, develop and negotiate contracts, and analyze performance data while ensuring compliance with AAA policy and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, political science, or related field.
• 4–6 years in a client-centric legal/corporate environment, election administration, or equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple, detail-intensive projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise elections and oversee staff and temporary workers.
• Develop and negotiate contracts; analyze performance data.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and ensure QA and fiscal oversight.
• Grow AAA's election services portfolio through strategic outreach and business development.
