Job summary

The American Arbitration Association is seeking a Regional Director to manage and promote AAA’s ADR services in the assigned region. You will lead Directors, shape strategy, and build relationships with clients, prospects, and legal communities to expand arbitration and mediation offerings.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business or legal studies (MBA/JD/LLM preferred) and at least five years in ADR with three in management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, or related field. MBA/JD/LLM strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of ADR/legal services experience, with at least 3 years in management.
• Proven track record in business development, relationship management and strategic planning in ADR.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the region's ADR services and align with AAA goals.
• Oversee Directors, set performance expectations, provide guidance and conduct evaluations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand ADR services and identify key accounts.
• Build high-level relationships with clients, prospects, industry partners, and legal communities.
• Represent AAA as a thought leader at industry events and lead data-driven service improvements.
