Job summary

The American Arbitration Association seeks a highly organized Manager of ADR Services to lead arbitration and mediation case administration and supervise a team of Case Administrators. In this hybrid role, you will manage a dynamic caseload and serve as the primary liaison with parties and neutrals, ensuring consistent application of AAA rules and procedures.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a solid ADR foundation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline; 1-2 years in leadership.
• 4-6 years in comprehensive customer service management in a law office or judicial setting.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and online case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact with parties, representatives, arbitrators and mediators.
• Manage arbitration and mediation cases; ensure data in PRISM and adherence to AAA rules.
• Supervise case administrators; oversee hiring, training, and performance management.
• Conduct administrative conference calls and preliminary hearings; maintain confidentiality.
• Develop client relationships and collaborate with regional offices.
