Job summary

The American Arbitration Association is seeking a Director of ADR Services to drive regional business development and outreach, promoting dispute resolution services, and overseeing complex arbitration and mediation case administration. This hybrid role requires residence within 125 miles of Seattle, WA, with a competitive compensation package and incentive opportunities.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, delivering compelling pitches, and guiding panels and arbitrator

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, legal, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of related work experience in a business development role, preferably in the Legal Services field.
• Equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to grow the organization's ADR services business.
• Develop business plans and pitches to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners.
• Develop and deliver engaging presentations communicating the organization's value proposition.
• Travel as needed (approximately 15–20%) to clients, training events, and AAA offices.
