Job summary

zerohash seeks a VP of Ecosystem and Product Partnerships to own the ecosystem thesis and drive strategic partnerships with institutions and infrastructure providers. You will lead from thesis to signed agreements, working with Product and Engineering to deliver integrations that scale.

The role demands deep on-chain knowledge, credibility with banks and asset managers, and the ability to translate crypto capabilities for enterprise users. Exceptional communication is required.

Qualifications

• Experience building ecosystem partnerships with crypto/fintech players.
• Proven ability to close multi-party commercial agreements.
• Ability to translate crypto capabilities for institutions.
• Strong knowledge of L1/L2, token models, and bridging risk.

Responsibilities

• Own zerohash's ecosystem thesis and defend it to leadership.
• Lead sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation for partnerships.
• Structure complex commercial agreements with incentives and milestones.
• Build a pipeline aligned to product roadmap and revenue.
• Shape joint product strategy with foundations and partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope and deliver integrations.
