Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive biopharmaceutical/biotech R&D project leadership experience.
• Track record delivering late-stage registrational programs and regulatory filings.
• Experience leading oncology development programs across indications.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration without formal authority.
• Strong executive storytelling and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Translate development strategy into integrated program plans for multiple indications.
• Lead and align multiple Project Managers and sub-teams.
• Partner with clinical, regulatory, CMC, medical affairs, and commercial teams.
• Develop scenario models and executive-ready governance proposals.
• Manage budgets, resources, and risk across the asset.
