Job summary

CCL Hospitality Group in the United States seeks a Director of Dining Services to lead the community’s food and beverage operation, ensuring resident and client satisfaction with high-quality cuisine and hospitality while meeting financial goals. You will set departmental strategies, drive service standards, manage budgets and P&L, and build a strong on-site leadership team.

A BS in Food Services Management or related and 5–7 years of operational experience plus ServSafe certification are

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality and cost control.
• ServSafe Certified and able to manage budgets and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Lead food & beverage operation with a focus on resident and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operating strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee budgets, P&L, and cost controls to meet financial targets.
• Coach and mentor on-site leadership and team members.

B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management
