Job summary

Trustwell is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to build and optimize the operating infrastructure for scalable go‑to‑market growth. This role partners with the CRO and executive team to design processes, governance, and a connected revenue model across the full customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities include leading analytics, system architecture in Salesforce, and executive reporting while driving adoption and measurable improvements in performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own Trustwell’s Revenue Operations strategy and governance across the revenue lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into scalable processes and hands‑on technical solutions in the GTM tech stack.
• Build executive-level KPIs, dashboards, and Board‑ready reporting to drive decisions.
