CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Quality & Stars to drive technology strategy for quality measures and Medicare Stars dashboards. You will partner with clinical and business leaders to shape end-to-end technology pathways that improve outcomes while ensuring safety and patient experience.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations and enterprise EHR implementation.
Expertise with Epic EHR and translating clinical requirements into Epic builds.
Proven ability to partner with care delivery networks and value-based care programs.

Responsibilities

Lead technology strategy and execution for Quality & Stars programs across payer and clinical pathways.
Direct multidisciplinary teams to translate vision into scalable product roadmaps.
Oversee end-to-end product design, requirements, and Epic integrations.
Drive continuous improvement with measurable clinical and financial outcomes.
