CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Quality & Stars to guide technology strategy and execution across Medicare Stars and health maintenance programs. You will lead a diverse team of product managers, Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists and designers to optimize patient outcomes and contract performance.

The role requires executive presence, deep healthcare ops knowledge, and strong Epic experience to drive value-based care initiatives in a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Executive presence to influence senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
• Hands-on Epic EHR workflows and translating requirements into builds.
• Deep knowledge of Value-Based Care and FFS operational dynamics.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams to scale clinical tech.
• Strong analytical skills with accountability for execution and outcomes.
