Job summary

Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County seeks a Senior Director, Creative & Digital Services to lead brand storytelling and digital marketing across campaigns, events, and donor materials. This role directs Creative Services and Digital Marketing, supervising the Digital Marketing, Digital Design, and Graphic Design teams while ensuring brand integrity and measurable results.

You will guide website strategy, SEO/SEM, email automation, social, and analytics, and drive a digital-first content

Qualifications

• Eight (8)+ years leading creative services and digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/digital media/communications; master preferred.
• Strong portfolio of multi-channel campaigns and brand work.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction for major campaigns and ensure brand integrity.
• Oversee production across graphic, digital, and video assets.
• Guide digital marketing including SEO/SEM, email automation, and paid media.
• Develop mosaic content strategy across platforms and formats.
• Collaborate on marketing technology, CRM, and analytics initiatives.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary team and manage external partners.
