Mott MacDonald is seeking a seasoned leader to head the Digital and IT Portfolio Management Office for the North and South America region. You will drive governance, budgeting, KPI development, and value realization while coordinating across Digital, IT and Information Security functions.

In this role you will partner with regional leadership to translate priorities into funded plans, manage execution, and deliver measurable business outcomes with accountability and integrity.

Competenze

• Leadership of an enterprise PMO or portfolio office.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Experience establishing governance, KPIs and accountability across a matrix organization.
• Ability to challenge senior functional leaders constructively.
• Experience collaborating with technical and specialist leaders.
• Translate complex operational and financial information into concise recommendations.

• Maintain a single portfolio view of ownership, funding, outcomes, milestones and risks.
