Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the North America region to lead and coordinate project management, procurement, and commercial activities across major infrastructure programs. The role focuses on delivering strategic client value, defining governance, and ensuring robust risk and change management within a hybrid in-office setup.

Qualifications

• Experience developing procurement documentation for infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of contracting, scheduling, and risk transfer.
• Ability to provide informed opinions on buildability concerns.
• Experience with GC/CM or PDB contracts and procurement structuring.
• Proficiency in project management processes and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients to define strategic brief, goals and objectives.
• Support client to establish and procure project team.
• Define project success factors: time, cost, quality, environmental and social outcomes.
• Define governance structure aligned to requirements.
• Produce a detailed project execution plan and deliverables.
• Establish reporting requirements and progress reports.
• Lead multidiscipline teams across project lifecycle.
• Manage change control processes and project performance metrics.
• Develop and implement communication and information management plans.
• Mentor and lead team members across multiple projects.
• Oversee bids through WIN process and drive innovative solutions for efficiency.
